Most law enforcement agencies will require you to complete a battery of tests including the interview process. The problem is the majority of police officer candidates do not fare well in the interview process and are eliminated very early in the hiring process. This is where I can help!
Most law enforcement agencies will require you to complete a comprehensive battery of test prior to hiring. You will endure a written test, interview process, background investigation, psychological exam, polygraph exam, and medical or physical exam. Indeed, it is an exhaustive process.
I will coach you for the interview process so that you can land that ever elusive police job. I have participated in interviewing over 1000 police officer candidates. I know what works and what does not. I will help you present an image of confidence and professionalism because believe it or not you’re being evaluated the second you walk through the door. I will help you develop your oral resume, prepare you for the types of questions you will face during the interview, and present a closing statement so that you present a “ready-to-go” officer candidate.

I offer the following two Officer Candidate Interview Coaching packages.
Basic Interview Package for $180:
We will spend 1 hour working on your image and presentation skills and another 2 hours developing your oral resume, closing statement, and how to answer those challenging interview questions. The basic package is split into two 1.5 hour sessions. You will also receive an interview preparation guide to help you before, during, and after your interview.
Video Interview Package for $230:
We will spend 1 hour working on your image and presentation skills another 2 hours developing your oral resume, closing statement, and how to answer those challenging interview question. You will also be video taped to see how you performed. We will spend another hour conducting a full critique of your video and you will leave with a copy to review on your own. The video interview package is split into two 1.5 hour sessions and a 1 hour video review session. You also get the interview preparation guide to help you before, during and after your interview.
Follow-Up Program:
If you would like to work with me after you have purchased and used either interview package I will charge just $50 per hour. I will help you review your interview processes and give you some feedback and direction on how to continue to build your interview skills while preparing for your next process.
One-On-One Program:
If you would like to meet with me one-on-one and not purchase either package I will charge $75 per hour and we can develop a plan to meet your needs.
